Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll, including salary computation and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Assist in GST compliance – data preparation, reconciliation, and basic filings
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and support in return filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and track outstanding payments
- Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for statutory matters
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Payments, or Payroll
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally or similar preferred)
