Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Accountant & Project Accountant – Key Responsibilities
General Accounting Responsibilities:

Manage and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable.

Prepare accurate budget forecasts and publish timely financial statements.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health.

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accurate financial reporting.

Compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure full tax compliance.

Audit financial documents, reinforce data confidentiality, and maintain backups.

Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards.

Project Accounting Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting functions specific to assigned projects.

Process vendor/sub-contractor invoices and payments within deadlines.

Manage project compliance documentation and support project teams.

Prepare and track reports including payroll, job cost, and contract status.

Assist with project billing (e.g., via Timberline) and cost modifications.

Coordinate with the Senior Accountant and occasionally attend site meetings.
