Job Description

  • Assist in daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)

  • Maintain vouchers, bills, and supporting documents

  • Help in bank entries and bank reconciliation

  • Assist with GST data preparation and basic compliance support

  • Maintain ledger accounts and basic bookkeeping

  • Support monthly closing activities

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for documents

  • Handle basic MS Excel work related to accounts

  • data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement.

  • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.

  • Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

  • Thorough with statutory compliance
