Assist in daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
Maintain vouchers, bills, and supporting documents
Help in bank entries and bank reconciliation
Assist with GST data preparation and basic compliance support
Maintain ledger accounts and basic bookkeeping
Support monthly closing activities
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for documents
Handle basic MS Excel work related to accounts
data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement.
Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
Thorough with statutory compliance
