Data entry of:
Purchase bills (raw materials, consumables, services)
Sales invoices
Expenses and vouchers
Maintaining books of accounts in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Ledger creation and maintenance.
Bank entry posting and bank reconciliation.
Cash book and petty cash management.
2. Purchase & Sales Accounting
Recording vendor bills with proper GST classification.
Matching purchase invoices with purchase orders (if applicable).
Sales invoice entry with correct GST rates (intra-state & inter-state).
Credit note / debit note accounting.
Maintaining customer and vendor balances.
Monthly GST workings and reconciliation.
Filing of:
GSTR-1 (Sales return)
GSTR-3B
GSTR-9 / 9C (Annual return, with CA support if required)
Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
Vendor GST follow-ups.
Maintaining proper GST documentation and records.
Deduction of TDS as per applicable sections.
Filing:
TDS Returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
Issuing TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).
Advance tax working and payment tracking.
Assisting in Income Tax return preparation (with CA).
Preparation of payment schedules.
Vendor payment processing.
Monitoring receivables and customer follow-ups.
Handling online banking transactions (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).
Monthly bank reconciliation statements.
B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background.
Strong knowledge of:
GST
TDS
Basic Income Tax
Hands-on experience with Busy accounting software is a plus.
Good Excel knowledge.
Experience in manufacturing company accounting preferred.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
