We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee all financial activities for our two-wheeler dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in dealership accounting, inventory management, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
Manage dealership-specific accounting such as vehicle inventory, sales invoicing, and vendor payments
Reconcile bank statements, stock records, and financial discrepancies
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses
Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar ERP systems)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an automobile/two-wheeler dealership
Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and financial compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling dealership management systems (DMS)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and organizational skills
