Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee all financial activities for our two-wheeler dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in dealership accounting, inventory management, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger

  • Manage dealership-specific accounting such as vehicle inventory, sales invoicing, and vendor payments

  • Reconcile bank statements, stock records, and financial discrepancies

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

  • Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits

  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses

  • Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar ERP systems)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an automobile/two-wheeler dealership

  • Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and financial compliance

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling dealership management systems (DMS)

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good communication and organizational skills
