Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate for the role of Accounts & Email Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling quotation preparation, client communication via email, and assisting with day-to-day accounts-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and sending quotations to clients.
Managing and responding to business emails professionally.
Maintaining accounts records and assisting in billing/invoice preparation.
Coordinating with clients and internal teams for follow-ups.
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum [X] years of experience in accounts and quotation-related work.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good knowledge of basic accounting practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
