Job Title: Accounts & Email Executive (Quotation Preparation)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate for the role of Accounts & Email Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling quotation preparation, client communication via email, and assisting with day-to-day accounts-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and sending quotations to clients.

• Managing and responding to business emails professionally.

• Maintaining accounts records and assisting in billing/invoice preparation.

• Coordinating with clients and internal teams for follow-ups.

• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum [X] years of experience in accounts and quotation-related work.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Good knowledge of basic accounting practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
