Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive manages daily accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and handling payments. They ensure accurate bookkeeping, support financial reporting, and assist with audits and compliance requirements.
Eligibility:
• B. Com / BBA / MBA degree with Finance specialisation (Mandatory)
• 6m to 1 year of experience in similar field or similar position.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare sales, purchase, and expense entries
• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and books of accounts
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing
• Coordinate with CA for audits and filings
• Ensure accuracy of financial records
Requirements:
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to handle invoices, payments, and expense entries
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
