Hiring: Accountant (Tender Execution – Samtek Machinery)

• Company: Samtek Machinery (Food Processing Machine Manufacturer)

• Job Role: Accountant (Tender Specialist)

• Location: Ghaziabad (Office Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Tally में daily accounting entries करना

• Purchase, Sales, GST billing & reconciliation

• Bank reconciliation & cash flow tracking

• Monthly P&L और financial reports बनाना

• Government tenders handle करना (GeM portal preferred)

• Tender documents preparation & submission

• Order processing और compliance tracking

• Sales, Production & Dispatch team के साथ coordination

• Invoice बनाना और dispatch documents तैयार करना

• E-way bill और transport documents manage करना

• Payment follow-up और outstanding tracking

• Monthly MIS reports बनाना

• Costing और margin analysis करना

Required Skills:

• Tally और MS Excel (good command)

• GST, TDS और compliance knowledge

• GeM / Tender handling experience (preferred)

• Strong numerical & analytical skills

• Detail oriented और responsible working attitude

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience

• Manufacturing / Tender background preferred

Salary:

• ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
