Handle day-to-day accounting operations of the 2-wheeler showroom.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales, spare parts, service bills, and accessories billing.
Prepare and manage customer ledgers, vendor ledgers, and stock registers.
Oversee bank reconciliation, cash book, and daily cash handling.
Prepare GST working, TDS working, and monthly tax filings.
Handle purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit/debit notes.
Coordinate with the finance team for loan cases, payments, and documentation.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management (daily/weekly/monthly).
Work closely with sales, service, and spares departments for smooth financial operations.
Manage showroom expenses, petty cash, and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in audit preparations and support auditors during verification.
Mandatory: Experience in a 2-wheeler dealership showroom.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, GST, and basic taxation.
Good understanding of stock accounting and vehicle invoicing.
Accuracy in data entry and ability to maintain confidential records.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle workload responsibly.
