1. Statutory compliance in Time

a. Audited Balance sheet in time - all

aspects

b. All taxes Payment – GST, PF, PT, ESIC,

TDS etc.

c. No Interest and penalty in all statutory

payment and return

d. Renewal of all legal documents and

certificates – i.e. Insurance Policy

e. Update in statutory notification or

circular

Profitability

a. Analysis of monthly profit and Loss

accounts

b. One Page Report Analysis - P & L and

B/S

c. Analysis of ratio

d. Inventory and Purchase Control

e. Budgetary control

HR and Administration

a. Employees attendance and Leave

Records

b. Pay Roll Processing

c. Maintain Personal records of employees

d. Liaising with local bodies
