Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and statements
Handle daily accounting tasks such as journal entries and ledger updates
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process payroll, salary sheets, and bonuses
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST filings
Handle EPFO and ESIC contributions and documentation
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with audits and financial reviews
Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accountant
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel)
Understanding of GST, TDS, EPFO, and ESIC regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in payroll processing and compliance
