Accountant

Job Summary:

SK Translines is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounts and finance operations. The role requires strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST compliance, TDS, bank reconciliation, and overall financial management for a logistics & transport company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts).

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and customer account reconciliation.

• Generate invoices, challans, e-way bills, and credit/debit notes.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

• Assist in company audits, balance sheet finalization, and tax-related matters.

• Maintain cash flow records and petty cash management.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Customer Care) for billing & payments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
