We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, statutory compliances, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a CA firm, possess sound knowledge of taxation, and be proficient in accounting software and reporting tools.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) and reconciliation.
Handle TDS calculation, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
Manage ROC compliances, including annual filings and documentation.
Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per GST regulations.
Prepare financial statements, trial balance, and ledgers.
Assist in statutory audits and internal audits.
Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and debtor/creditor management.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Maintain and update accounting systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a CA firm.
Strong working knowledge of:
GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances.
ROC filings and MCA-related compliances.
E-Invoice and E-Way Bill generation and reporting.
Proficiency in Accounting Software, including:
Tally / Tally Prime
Busy
Genius (for ITR & TDS)
Speqta
MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and other office tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience handling multiple clients or corporate accounts in a professional environment.
Working knowledge of Tally audit tools or cloud-based accounting systems.
Exposure to corporate tax and compliance audits will be an added advantage.
