💼 Position: MIS Executive cum Accountant

🎓 Qualification: B.Com / Any Graduate with relevant experience

💰 Salary: ₹15, 000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain and update company data, records and databases.

• Prepare sales, collection, payout and performance reports.

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Handle receipts, payments, expenses and bank transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain records of loan disbursements, commissions, payouts and incentives.

• Verify DSA/bank/NBFC payout statements.

• Prepare invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams, banks and NBFCs for data and payout-related queries.

• Maintain accurate records in Excel/Tally.

• Assist in GST, TDS and other accounting-related work.

• Perform data verification and identify discrepancies.

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

• Ensure timely and accurate updating of MIS and accounting data.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).

• Knowledge of Tally Prime and basic accounting.

• Understanding of debit/credit, ledger and bank reconciliation.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

⭐ Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with experience in MIS, Accounts, DSA, Loan, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services or Loan Distribution Companies will be preferred.
