Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Easy Escape Hotels LLP. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, coordinating banking transactions, and supporting hotel operations. The position offers an In-Hand Salary of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on knowledge and skills) along with opportunities for learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
• Handle banking transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other bank-related work.
• Verify and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and expense records.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and account reconciliations.
• Assist the Hotel Manager in monitoring day-to-day operational expenses.
• Maintain records of cash transactions and petty cash expenses.
• Prepare basic financial reports and ensure proper documentation of records.
• Support compliance with accounting procedures and company policies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with basic knowledge of accounting, Tally, MS Excel, or bookkeeping will be preferred.
