The Accounting Executive will handle day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial records for Roxy India Retail.
No prior e-commerce experience is required — training will be provided.
This role is critical for cash flow control, compliance, and clean books.
Record all sales, purchases, expenses, and payments accurately
Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software
Update daily bank transactions
Track receipts, payments, and outstanding balances
Maintain proper voucher entries (sales, purchase, journal, payment, receipt)
Prepare and file:
GSTR-1
GSTR-3B
GSTR-2B reconciliation
Match purchase data with 2B and vendor invoices
Track and resolve GST mismatches
Maintain GST records:
Input tax credit (ITC)
Output tax
Coordinate with CA for:
GST notices
Clarifications
Annual filings
Strong GST knowledge is preferred and valued
Generate sales invoices and maintain invoice records
Maintain purchase bills and expense invoices
Ensure all invoices are:
GST-compliant
Properly documented
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Bank reconciliation (weekly / monthly)
Reconcile:
Sales vs bank receipts
Purchase invoices vs payments
GST returns vs books
Identify and report discrepancies early
Track vendor payments and due dates
Maintain vendor ledger accounts
Track recurring expenses:
Rent
Utilities
Office expenses
Logistics / courier bills
Assist in cost tracking and expense control
Prepare basic reports:
Monthly expense summary
GST summary
Outstanding payables / receivables
Share clean data with management for decision-making
Support audits, CA queries, and compliance checks
Commerce graduates (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
Candidates with basic accounting knowledge
Prior GST filing experience is a strong plus
E-commerce background not mandatory
Basic to good knowledge of Accounting & GST
Familiarity with Tally / accounting software
Good understanding of:
Invoices

Bank statements
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
