Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documents.

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Handle petty cash and perform basic cash flow monitoring.

• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing issues.
