Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and accounts.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and other financial records.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.Process payroll and employee reimbursements in compliance with regulations.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.Prepare and file tax returns and assist with tax planning activities.Conduct financial analysis to identify variances, trends, and areas for improvement.Support process improvements and automation within the finance function.
