Job Description

🔹 Role: Accountant cum Cashier (Club Industry)

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Handle daily cash transactions (entry fees, bar/restaurant billing, memberships)
Maintain cash book and bank reconciliation
Manage billing systems/POS (food, beverages, events)
Prepare daily sales reports & closing reports
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Maintain member accounts & credit tracking
Coordinate with management for expense tracking & budgeting
Handle vendor payments and petty cash

🎯 Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and POS systems
Basic understanding of GST and Indian accounting practices
Good cash handling accuracy
Experience in hospitality/club/bar environment (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and honesty

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

B.Com or similar qualification
3–5 years experience (club, hotel, bar, or restaurant preferred)
Comfortable with shift work (evenings/weekends)

💰 Salary Range (India – Club Industry)

Experienced: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
