Position: Accountant
Location: Ecotech II, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: 5–7 Years
Gender: Male Only

Vehicle Requirement: Candidate must own a bike (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS, along with the ability to handle accounting functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Record and maintain sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

• Handle GST calculations, return filing, reconciliation, and compliance.

• Manage TDS deductions, payments, return filing, and related documentation.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management for accounting matters.

• Ensure timely compliance with statutory and taxation requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Strong knowledge of GST filing, GST reconciliation, and compliance.

• Sound understanding of TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.

• 5–7 years of experience as an Accountant.

• Ability to independently handle accounting and taxation activities.

• Must own a bike for official work when required.
