Maintain accurate books of accounts including cash, bank, sales, purchase, and general ledger.
Prepare and manage daily, monthly, and yearly financial records.
Handle GST compliance including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and documentation.
Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups with customers.
Record and verify purchase bills, expense vouchers, and supporting documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
Prepare financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants for audits and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Maintain vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Support management with financial analysis and cost control.
