Accountant

Glaze Coaters is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities,

maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank statements

• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

• Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and P&L accounts

• Reconcile bank accounts and perform regular audits

• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial clarity

Qualifications and Skills:

• ✅ Minimum 6 months of accounting experience (Tally knowledge preferred)

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
