Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

•

Keep accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.

•

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy of accounts.

•

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

•

Prepare and process invoices for customers and suppliers.

•

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other relevant taxes.

•

Generate financial reports and statements for management review.

• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

Maintain organized records of all financial documents and files.

•

Provide financial support to the sales team, including pricing and discount calculations.

Requirements:

•

Educational Background: Commerce graduate or equivalent.

•

Experience: 2-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the automobile

industry.

• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally), strong numerical skills, attention to detail,

and good communication skills.

•

Knowledge: Understanding of automotive industry accounting practices and tax regulations.Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and issue invoices to customers for vehicle sales, services, and parts.

•

Handle the processing of payments, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

•

Provide billing-related support to customers, addressing any queries or discrepancies in invoices.

•

Maintain records of all billing transactions in the dealership’s accounting system.

•

Conduct regular reconciliations of billing accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any

discrepancies.

•

Generate and submit billing reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance

indicators.

•

Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth and accurate billing

processes.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in billing or accounting, preferably in the automobile

industry.

• Skills: Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Tally), strong attention to detail, good numerical skills,

and excellent customer service skills.
