Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and profit-and-loss reports.
Account Reconciliation: Balance general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Month-End Closing: Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
Tax Preparation: Compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure local or federal compliance.
Auditing & Compliance: Review transactions, resolve discrepancies, and cooperate with external auditors.
Budgeting: Assist management with financial forecasting and cost analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Software: Proficiency with accounting tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
Excel Skills: Advanced command of spreadsheets, including pivot tables and formulas.
