Job Summary:

We are a growing startup looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage our daily financial operations and basic accounting tasks. If you have 1–2 years of experience, a strong hold on Tally and MS Excel, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting: Recording daily business expenses, cash entries, and bank transactions accurately in the accounting software.
Billing & Invoicing: Generating invoices for clients and verifying incoming bills from vendors.
Payment Tracking: Managing timely payments to vendors and following up with clients for outstanding receivables.
Taxation Basics: Handling basic GST billing, TDS calculations, and documentation.
Data & Documentation: Maintaining updated MS Excel sheets and systematically filing all physical/digital bills and vouchers.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in core accounting.
Education: Graduate (B.Com or equivalent degree preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Key Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and good basic computer operational skills.
