Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in the textile market. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining records, and supporting senior accountants in financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Bank, Cash).

• Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, reconciliation statements, and vouchers.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Support in preparation of MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.

• Maintain inventory records related to textile stock, purchase, and sales.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and follow up with parties.

• Assist senior accountant in audits and financial statements.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, purchase, textile stock team).
  

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy / SAP (preferred: Tally).

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Freshers with good accounting knowledge can apply.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
