Sr. Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Accountant to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working in a factory and production environment. This role requires proficiency in GST, Tally, and Microsoft Excel, as well as the ability to calculate production costs and profits accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.

• Ensure accurate and timely GST compliance and filing.

• Utilize Tally for accounting and inventory management.

• Calculate production costs, analyze variances, and determine profitability.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

• Perform other accounting duties as required.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in accounting, specifically in a factory and production environment.

• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to calculate production costs and profits accurately.

• Hardworking and detail oriented.

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (In-hand)

Experience

• Required: 5-6 years in Factory & Production accounting.

Education

• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of all skills outlined in this job description.

Other

• Candidates must have prior experience working in factories and production environment
