Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and send professional emails for various business needs (client communication, follow-ups, inquiries, etc.)
Proofread and ensure grammatical accuracy and clarity in all written communication
Customize email templates as per recipient and purpose
Maintain a log of outgoing correspondence for tracking and reference
Coordinate with different departments for required information before drafting
Respond to incoming emails with appropriate and timely replies
