About the Firm

Pixelex Consultants LLP is a professional consultancy firm providing accounting, taxation, compliance, and other financial consultancy services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Maintaining books of accounts for multiple clients.

- Recording and managing day-to-day accounting transactions.

- Working on Zoho Books and BUSY Accounting Software.

- Preparing sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

- Performing bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

- Assisting in preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.

- Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documentation.

- Assisting with GST compliance, including reconciliation of books with GST data.

- Assisting in TDS compliance and reconciliations.

- Preparing reports and accounting data as required by the management and clients.

- Coordinating with clients for collection of accounting information and documents.

- Handling multiple assignments while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant field.

- Prior experience in accounting, preferably in a CA firm or consultancy firm, will be preferred.

- Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.

- Hands-on working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.

- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with strong practical knowledge of Zoho Books and BUSY may also be considered based on their skills and experience.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who has practical, hands-on experience in accounting software and can independently manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting assignments.

Candidates must have working knowledge of both Zoho Books and BUSY.
