Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate accounts entry, effective client coordination, and maintaining essential reports and data using Google Sheets and MIS tools. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good command of communication and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

• Coordinate with clients to address queries, follow-ups, and relationship management.

• Prepare and update reports using Google Sheets for internal and client-facing purposes.

• Generate and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for analysis and decision-making.

• Assist with documentation and data collection related to accounts and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, data management, etc.).

• Understanding of MIS reporting and business analysis basics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client coordination.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with accounting software Tally.
