Job Responsibilities – Accountant

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accuracy of records.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable with proper follow-up.

• Prepare workings for GST, TDS, and Advance Tax compliance.

• Assist in tax planning and ensure timely submission of returns.

• Perform monthly finalisation of books of accounts.

• Draft and respond to emails with clients and vendors, including payment follow-ups.

• Prepare invoices on a monthly basis and maintain proper documentation.

• Possess working knowledge of RA Bills and E-way Bills.

• Perform accounting in Tally ERP and maintain reports in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Be flexible to travel to Mumbai 2–3 times a month, if required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS provisions.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office.

• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

• Good communication skills
