Job Responsibilities – Accountant

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.

• Prepare workings for GST, TDS, and Advance Tax compliances.

• Assist in tax planning and ensure timely filing and submission of returns.

• Finalise books of accounts on a monthly basis.

• Draft and respond to emails with clients and vendors, including handling payment follow-ups.

• Prepare monthly invoices and maintain proper documentation.

• Have a working knowledge of RA Bills and E-way Bills.

• Perform accounting operations using Tally ERP and maintain reports in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Be willing to travel to Mumbai 2–3 times a month, if required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, and TDS provisions.

• Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office applications.

• Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
