We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP / Tally Prime. The candidate will support bookkeeping, billing, GST compliance, and basic financial reporting.
Maintain daily accounts in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment entries)
Generate invoices, quotations, debit/credit notes
Maintain ledger, cash book, bank book
Handle GST entries, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B preparation support
Reconcile bank statements (BRS)
Track accounts receivable and payable
Assist in monthly and yearly closing
Maintain records of expenses, petty cash
Coordinate with CA and auditors when required
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Graduation in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
Knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP
Basic understanding of GST, TDS
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
