Position: Accountant

RS Caterers is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting activities, including payments, receipts, and expense tracking.
Maintain cash book, ledger entries, and financial records.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances.
Handle GST-related documentation and support tax filings.
Process vendor payments and maintain accounts payable/receivable records.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Maintain accurate records using Tally and MS Excel.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally Prime
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
GST and basic taxation knowledge
Bank reconciliation
Accounts payable and receivable management
Invoice processing and bookkeeping
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Additional accounting certifications will be an advantage.
