Job Overview:

RS Caterers is looking for a Fresher Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The role involves assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record daily accounting tasks, including payments, deposits, and expense entries.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and budget reports.

• Match bank statements and assist in timely completion of tax-related tasks.

• Support the auditing process and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.

• Maintain petty cash records and ensure all entries are accurate and up to date.

• Help the senior accountant with GST filing, invoice preparation, and vendor payments.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy in all financial records.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or related field.

• Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year).

• Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / Accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.

• Additional Certification (if any) will be an added advantage.
