Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

2. GST & Taxation:

Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

Input tax credit reconciliation

Coordination with tax consultants for compliance

3. Financial Reporting:

Preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports

Assist in finalization of accounts and audits

4. Pharma-Specific Compliance:

Maintain stock and inventory records (batch-wise tracking preferred)

Handle purchase and sales accounting as per pharma norms

5. Audit & Documentation:

Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit

Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Working knowledge of GST and taxation

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Additional Requirements:

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred

Ability to handle deadlines and compliance timelines

Immediate joiners preferred
