Accountant

v  Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

v  Ensure accurate deduction of TDS on applicable payments such as salaries, contractor bills, rent, professional fees, etc.

v  Maintain updated records of all TDS transactions and coordinate with auditors and vendors for reconciliation.

v  Ensure timely payment of GST liability and maintenance of GST ledger accounts.

v  Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in plant operations and recommend corrective actions.

v  Reconcile import ledgers with purchase accounts and inventory to ensure accuracy in        financial reporting.

v  Maintain accurate records of petty cash expenses and ensure timely replenishment of the imprest account.

v  Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to domestic and international vendors.

v  Online Utilities Bill .
