Accountant

PRMS Advisory Private Limited is looking for a Accountant with a minimum of 6–12 months of experience. The role includes basic accounting work along with office documentation and follow-up tasks. Candidates who are interested in handling both Accounts and General office work should apply.
Salary offered: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month for the first 6 months. After the initial 6 months, the salary will be revised based on performance, work quality, and overall contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries: payments, receipts, deposits, expenses.

• Maintain proper invoices, vouchers, filing, and documentation records.

• Assist in preparing basic financial reports, Excel sheets, and summaries.

• Perform bank reconciliation and coordinate for tax-related tasks.

• Carry out office documentation, filing, and follow-up with vendors/clients.

• Support seniors in day-to-day accounting and administrative work.

• Ensure accuracy, discipline, and compliance in routine tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 6–12 months

• Qualification: Graduate (B.Com preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email drafting

• Basic knowledge of Tally/Accounting software (preferred but not mandatory)

• Willingness to work in both Accounting and Office Administration

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
