Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9, GST filing, cash flow management, MIS reporting, and expense tracking. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) on time

Maintain and monitor cash flow statements

Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review

Track and record company expenses

Handle bank reconciliations (BRS)

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

Ensure statutory compliance (TDS, GST, Professional Tax, etc.)

Process employee reimbursements

Maintain petty cash records

Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

2–4 years of experience in accounting

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9

Strong knowledge of GST and basic taxation

Good understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills
