Job Description

Follow up with internal departments on a daily basis to ensure timely processing of pending payments
Coordinate with procurement/sales teams for invoice approvals and payment status updates
Track outstanding receivables and maintain proper records
Communicate with customers to follow up on due payments
Collect cheques from customers and ensure proper documentation and entry in the system
Deposit cheques in the bank and update payment records accurately
Resolve basic payment-related queries from internal teams and customers
