Accounting & Record Keeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant software.
Ensure timely posting of all transactions (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, etc.).
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts regularly.
GST Compliance
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Handle GST input credit reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
Ensure compliance with all GST-related timelines and updates.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
Calculate and deduct TDS as applicable on payments.
Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.).
Maintain TDS challans and ensure timely deposit.
Financial Reporting
Assist in preparing financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
Support in monthly/quarterly reporting and audits.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper records of invoices, challans, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for statutory compliance.
General Support
Assist in payroll-related calculations and PF/ESIC filings if required.
Support in any other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
