Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journals, and supporting records.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections.

Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Prepare and process financial documents such as bills, receipts, vouchers, and journal entries.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records as per company policy.

Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting.
