Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing & E-commerce Accounting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Busy Software, Tally Prime, GST, Advanced Excel, and marketplace settlement reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting records in Busy Software & Tally Prime

Pass Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt & Contra entries

Handle Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and Party Ledger

Prepare GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), TDS, E-Invoice & E-Way Bill

Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho settlements

Account for commission, shipping charges, refunds, returns, claims & penalties

Maintain inventory, stock reconciliation & manufacturing consumption entries

Prepare Daily Sales Report, Settlement Report, GST Report, P&L, Outstanding Report & Monthly MIS

Manage vendor payments, customer receipts & payment reconciliation

Required Skills:

Busy Software (Must Have)

Tally Prime

Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS, IF Formula)

GST & TDS

Bank Reconciliation

Inventory Management

E-commerce Accounting

Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho Settlement Reconciliation

MIS Reporting

Experience:

1–5 Years

Manufacturing & E-commerce accounting experience preferred.
