Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports.
Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely computation, filing, and payment of taxes (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax) while maintaining strict compliance with local financial regulations.
Data Security & Record Keeping: Maintain orderly, complete, and confidential financial documentation and digital backup files.
Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and schedules.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com, CA-Inter, or equivalent certification is a plus).
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Excel.
Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and tax regulations.
Soft Skills: High level of numerical accuracy, strong analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
