Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Busy Software, Tally, and Microsoft Excel, and capable of handling basic accounting functions and day-to-day financial entries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Busy Software and Tally.

• Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, and bills.

• Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

• Assist in GST and TDS data compilation.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.

• Generate and maintain Excel-based accounting reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for billing and payment follow-up.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role

• Software Skills: Working knowledge of Busy Software, Tally, and MS Excel

• Education: B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements

• Good communication and organizational skills

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Joining: Immediate preferred
