Key Responsibilities
🔹 Accounting & Finance
Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Bank Reconciliation).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Handle payroll processing and compliance.
🔹 Legal & Compliance
Review and maintain vendor agreements, purchase contracts, and client contracts.
Support tender documentation and contract submissions.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST Act, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with external legal consultants for notices, disputes, or legal matters.
Maintain record of licenses, registrations, and regulatory approvals.
Draft basic legal correspondence and compliance letters.
🔹 Tender & Contract Support (If applicable)
Assist in preparation of financial documents for government/municipal tenders.
Verify EMD, bank guarantees, and contract terms.
Track contract validity, renewals, and performance guarantees.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Taxation.
Good understanding of Contract Law & Corporate Compliance.
Experience in GST, TDS, ROC filings.
Familiarity with tender documentation and government portals (GeM, CPP).
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
Good drafting and documentation skills.
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
LLB (Preferred) or certification in Corporate/Commercial Law
CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory)
