Accountant

We required Accountat for our Igatpuri resort. Company will provide food and accommodation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and daily financial transactions using Tally and IDS.

• Prepare daily revenue reports, cash summaries, and payment registers in coordination with Front Office and relevant departments.

• Manage petty cash and perform daily cash counts with front desk personnel.

• Create and maintain vendor payment lists and payment tracking statements.

• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.

• Use IDS to generate standard MIS reports; ensure data inputs from all departments are accurate and timely.

• Coordinate with Central Finance Team and ensure timely submission of reports.

• Liaise with department heads for accurate reporting of inventory consumption and incorporate it into MIS.
