Panchsheel Group is a growing real estate development firm with a strong presence in Aurangabad, known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of our real estate business. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, project-wise costing, vendor payments, GST compliance, and helping with financial reporting and audits.
Record day-to-day transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journal entries)
Maintain project-wise expense and revenue tracking
Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliation
Generate and maintain customer ledgers for flat/unit buyers
Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and coordinate with tax consultants
Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Reconcile bank statements monthly
Assist in budgeting, audit preparation, and compliance documentation
Maintain proper filing of accounting records and vouchers
