Job Title: Accountant

Location: Modinagar

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Modinagar. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with Tally and Advanced Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Candidates with prior experience in a CA firm will be preferred.

Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate
CA Inter preferred
Local candidates from Modinagar or nearby areas preferred

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Sound understanding of Accounting Principles
Knowledge of Journal Entries, Ledger Posting, and Bank Reconciliation
Good analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally
Prepare and post journal entries
Maintain books of accounts and ledgers
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
Generate MIS reports using Excel
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper financial documentation

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and relevant skills may also apply.

Location Preference: Local candidates from Modinagar or nearby areas will be given preference.
